Experience has shown that the use of a structured Incident Management System (IMS) is critical to establishing command and control in response to a major incident. The IPIECA IMS Good Practice Guide is based on the Incident Command System (ICS), a version of IMS that is widely used by industry.

This webinar will share with you OSRL’s preparedness and response experience in incident management; detailing case studies of how we have developed understanding and practical application of IMS amongst those with whom we've worked.
