This Exercise Seminar is for OSRL Members only

Please have a copy of your Oil Spill Contingency Plan available to hand to reference during the exercise.

Preparedness Solutions Manager, Lee Barber will host this interactive seminar, designed as an exercise, to familiarise members of your Incident Management and Emergency Response Teams (IMT and ERT) in using their Oil Spill Contingency Plan during the Initial Response Activity process (developing an Incident Action Plan (ICS201 Form) for the 1st Operational Period) in the event of an oil spill incident.

Session Objectives:

To familiarise members of your Incident Management and Emergency Response Teams (IMT and ERT) in using their Oil Spill Contingency Plan during the Initial Response Activity process (developing an Incident Action Plan -ICS201 Form- for the 1st Operational Period) in the event of an oil spill incident, as well as confirming how their contracted service providers (i.e. OSRL) can assist in assessment planning and preparing for the next Operational Period.

The aim of this session is to share knowledge, encourage discussion, and to identify any useful and practical improvements that can be made to the organization's oil spill planning and preparedness activities.
