OSRL's Subsea Well Intervention Services (SWIS) require expertise from across the oil and gas industry. Therefore, OSRL is working in partnership with Saipem to enable an effective global response to subsea well incidents.

Role of Saipem

Saipem are a global leader in drilling services, as well as in the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of pipelines and complex projects, onshore and offshore, in the oil & gas market. Saipem manufactured and maintains the OIE.

During a subsea well incident Saipem:

  • Will work with OSRL to mobilise the OIE
  • Can act as a point of contact for technical enquiries
