Much of our focus in Technical is about the development of capabilities, either as new technical tools, refining personnel competence or tweaking processes. This development work is, however, only a small part of the value added to the organisation. Much of our efforts go towards sharing information internally and externally, for example through workshops, webinars, and guides. Finally, a key part of the Technical remit is to provide a layer of assurance. Assurance can take a variety of guises from Technical review of documentation, support of projects and internal audits.
Our global Technical activities are conducted under defined focus areas. Select the areas on the left to find out more about these focus areas, the people behind them and our current activities.
