| OSRL/EARL
were represented at the Annual General Meeting of the Mediterranean
Oil Industry Group (MOIG) which took place in Tunis in November.
A new management committee was duly elected with the chair of
the group now passing to NOC Libya. IPIECA committed to help MOIG
with the development of a five-year plan to grow the membership
of national and international oil companies and to assist with
implementing the action-plan of regional activities for 2009.
