At-sea containment and recovery is one of many response options available in the oil spill response toolbox and involves the collection of oil from the water's surface.  

In the fourth of this 16 part seminar series, Response Specialist Ian High will discuss considerations when using At-sea Containment and Recovery and effective containment and recovery methods.
