Through multiple platforms, open lines of communication with Members allow us to adopt the most cost effective and efficient solutions to enable a response-ready industry.
We hold meetings in June and December annually, to seek approval for strategic initiatives, funding and updates on our activities.
Annual Preparedness Reviews (APRs)Our APRs provide Members with the opportunity to become familiar with mobilisation procedures and discuss common response issues. If you have yet to arrange your annual meeting, please contact us.
We see account management as an essential part of the membership experience. Our Members really appreciate having one point of contact to either guide them in the right direction within OSRL or chase down a query on their behalf.
Member and Technical Forums
These forums are a great way to create networking opportunities, gain understanding of different perspectives and for us to obtain feedback on our existing services and potential new services our Members might need.
Conferences and Exhibitions
As we grow and expand the range and scope of our services, we are also broadening the diversity of our brand through the external events that we attend. Together with our Members we test response arrangements and incorporate lessons learnt into contingency planning to ensure response readiness. By bringing together the personnel likely to be involved in a real incident, we develop stronger working relationships and encourage essential teamwork.
