Marcus Russell

Global Engagement Manager (Response & Outreach)

Marcus is the Global Engagement Manager. He has a background in Marine Engineering having served with shipping companies Blue Star, Shell Marine Personnel and Stena Sealink. In 21 years with OSRL, he has gained first-hand experience of a multitude of incidents including the internationally significant spills Erika, Prestige and Deepwater Horizon. Marcus has worked within the Training and Consultancy departments and completed various secondments to OSRL Member organisations. He possesses a rare insight into the operational activities of a Tier 3 response centre.
