Lucia Navarro
Regional Representative for Americas
Lucía is an accomplished public relations and Emmy-award winner communications professional.
She joins the OSRL Americas team after making a transition from media, formerly serving as a news anchor for regional broadcasters with outreach across the Americas, including CNN, Telemundo, Univision, NBC, Televisa, and Television Azteca. In her career, she has led winning teams, built effective campaigns, and delivered successful investigative projects.
Lucía is a FEMA-certified ICS, Public Information Officer, most recently focusing her talents in Crisis Management and Communications during actual incidents and oil spills in the USA. She has taught university-level courses in crisis and stakeholder management. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Business from the renowned Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
During her free time, she spends time with her family, does volunteer work with the Ronald McDonald House and the Girl Scouts of America. Lucía lives in Houston and supports OSRL's Preparedness Services in the Americas.
