Gemma has worked for OSRL for over 15 years, starting off as a Responder, before moving to the Preparedness Team as a Consultant preparing, planning and offering advice to our members on oil spill preparedness activities. She completed preparedness projects around the globe before moving to Singapore to undertake the role of APAC Business Development Manager. On completion of this two-year assignment, she returned to Southampton in the role of Commercial Manager leading the commercial team globally to develop preparedness business. After a move to Global Training and Consultancy Manager for a further year and one her return from maternity leave, Gemma joined the Technical Team and subsequently the Logistics, Supply Chain and Resources Team where she undertakes unique strategic projects to progress and develop the business including OSRL's Footprint for the Future Project.
