Industry has faced some tough challenges in respect of preparedness for oil spills over the past year or so, challenges from regulators and a greater expectation from stakeholders generally. We have as a result played an important part in contributing to the introduction of major change which we welcome and wholeheartedly embrace.

 

In my message of last year I made reference to the challenges we would inevitably face in 2011 and the importance of ensuring that we continue to provide services that are right, fit for purpose and cost-effective.
