The Technical Development Group is responsible for upholding good practice in all aspects of the company’s technical outputs, be it operational readiness, preparedness, HSSEQ, communication or relationship management. The group comprises experienced senior staff that set standards for technical compliance and monitor performance against those standards. They also provide technical guidance together with coaching and mentoring throughout the organisation to deliver continual improvement in quality in all aspects of our service delivery to our members and customers.
