Oil Spill Response

Lon Langlois Chairman Lon has over 15 years' experience in emergency preparedness and response within the oil and gas industry. He joined Hess E&P in 2005 and has recently moved into the role of EHS Competency Development Manager. He has been a member of the *Oil Spill Response* Board of Directors since June 2006.	Archie Smith Chief Executive & Director Holding office for over twelve years, Archie is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall management and strategic development of Oil Spill Response. His primary focus is to direct and lead the company.
David Salt Operations Director David joined the company in 1981, initially serving as a responder responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment. He is responsible for response readiness and executive management and is a leader in the Oil Industry Technical Advisory Committee. During his career David has been involved in numerous spill incidents.	Lindsay Mead Commercial Director and Company Secretary Lindsay has responsibility for commercial matters and corporate governance ensuring the interests of the Company and Shareholders are protected. Lindsay was appointed a Director in 2003 and also serves as company Secretary. She was previously the General Manager in Southampton.
Rob James Regional Director, Southampton Prior to joining the Company, Rob was the Managing Director of an environmental technology spin off from a major nuclear corporation before moving into the waste management services sector, where he had experience as the General Manager of a growing hazardous waste business. Rob joined OSRL/LEARL, Southampton as Regional Director where he is responsible for operations in Europe, Africa and Middle East regions.	Richard Tutton Chief Financial Officer Richard is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with a "big 3" firm. He has worked for a number of engineering/ technology businesses, and most recently as the Finance Director of an international electronics company, which he left on completion of a successful trade sale. Richard has responsibility for ensuring the financial integrity of the Company and the delivery of relevant, reliable and timely management information and financial strategy papers to the Executive Group, the Board and the Shareholders.
Simon Dewhirst Business Development Director Simon has the responsibility for the management and development of the Company Projects, Tier 2 and Consultancy activities. Previous roles include business development and project management positions in marine services and subsea construction companies. Simon is a naval architect and Chartered Engineer.	Declan O'Driscoll Regional Director, Singapore Declan was previously Vice President North Europe at Geoservices based in Aberdeen. He was an Area Manager for the company in North East Asia. During this period, he was also General Manager for a joint venture with a Chinese national oil company providing technical support to the region's offshore industry. Declan joined Oil Spill Response, Southampton as General Manager and moved to Singapore office as the Regional Director where he is responsible for the Asia Pacific region's activities, building on his significant previous experience.
