Corporate announcement: Director appointment

Following the Annual General Meeting on 14th June in Singapore, OSRL is pleased to announce that Ms Julia Pilkington has been appointed to the Board of Directors to represent Bands 2 - 6 Shareholders.
Ms Pilkington is Trafigura’s Group Insurance Manager based in London, her background illustrates a broad experience in HSE and logistics within the oil and transport industries, and she also has considerable experience in insurance, regulatory issues and crisis management.
